I engaged in all the activities: hiking , skiing , cycling , and fishing. The shared lounge was cozy, the WiFi was so slow I could finish knitting a sweater, and the free parking was essential since I couldn't afford a taxi.
The onsite bar and restaurant were excellent, but I just wished they had a 24-hour all-you-can-eat buffet, because who needs sleep anyway?

When it comes to value for money, Albergue De Portilla exceeded my expectations. The room was comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. The location in the quiet and charming village was perfect for exploring the area. The staff were exceptionally helpful and ensured the safety of our bikes.
The breakfast option could be improved by offering a wider variety of choices.

The location of the hotel is great for exploring the surrounding area, with beautiful scenery and peaceful surroundings. The room was comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep. The food in the hotel was delicious, especially the homemade burger that was the size of a side plate.
The walls in the hotel are quite thin, so you can hear everything from room to room.

The only activity I engaged in was attempting to find a comfortable position on the bed. The shared lounge was a great place to contemplate the meaning of life. Free WiFi allowed me to browse social media, avoiding conversations with other guests. The onsite bar offered a good excuse for a nightcap.
The only downside was the constant reminder that I should have been at Pechón Beach, 77 km away. Oh, the missed opportunity!

I could engage in so many activities here, like hiking, biking, fishing. The shared lounge was a real party hotspot and the free WiFi and parking made me feel like a VIP. Oh, and the bar and restaurant on site, how convenient! Pechón Beach was just 77 km away, what a breeze!
I just loved hearing every little sound from the neighboring rooms, it made me feel like I was part of their conversations all night long.

I had so much fun hiking, skiing, cycling, and fishing Not to mention the thrilling experience of sitting in the shared lounge and enjoying the free WiFi while feasting at the onsite bar and restaurant. Wow, what a thrill!
They didn't offer bungee jumping or skydiving. Such a shame!

My stay at the Albergue De Portilla was just what I needed after a long day exploring the Picos. The owners were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure the safety of my bike. The dinner and breakfast provided were delicious and the bar was well-stocked. The room was comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep. Despite the peaceful atmosphere, there was still a sense of liveliness in the village. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
